4 Count Filipino Kali /Eskrima Tire Drill

Hey Fam, for today’s Filipino Martial Arts drill of the day #poweredbyrevgear I am demonstrating two 4 count drills from the open position and utilizing a tire for impact and resistance, this old school training method is amazing for cardio, grip development and power development in your impact weapons game, remember the grip strength is also key for your grappling!!!
