Beginner Kickboxing
The Beginning Kickboxing Class is designed for total beginners. We understand that it can be intimidating coming into a gym for the first time. That is why we specifically designed a class for the first-timer.
Every Introductory Class has a Certified Professional Instructors teaching every move step by step. Starting with the proper stance, body mechanics, footwork, punches, kicks and basic combinations, you will learn the fundamentals and how to kick and punch safely.

You will learn valuable skills as you get into optimal shape. You’ll improve your boxing and kickboxing ability including your punching, kicking and kneeing technique as well as your footwork and body mechanics.
